The aim of the Client Co-Ordinator role is to run a slick and streamlined administration function that creates an excellent client experience and removes all non-technical work from our accountants.
Onboarding new clients - Setting up new clients on Internal systems, setting up accounts (Xero, Go Cardless, Receipt Bank), welcome packs, welcome gifts, welcome calls, setting up onboarding meeting, obtaining professional clearance from other accountancy firms, authorising clients for services with HMRC, Create landing pages for the New Client welcome videos.
Dealing with any Intercom queries
Be responsible for the customer service, setting up the meeting room for meetings, setting up the light box, arranging drinks and snacks etc.
Welcoming clients and contacts when they come for in meetings
Handle office inbound calls
MAP Aged Debtors - Chasing for outstanding payments and liaising with MAP FD
Requesting Onboarding information from new clients
Dealing with professional clearance inbound and outbound
Chasing existing clients for information to allow the technical team to complete jobs i.e VAT, Payroll, YE Accounts and PT Returns
Completing the confirmation statements for the clients on Companies House
Calling HMRC for client queries and to solve any issues for example, payment plans, letters queries, late VAT payments etc
Annual Client Fee reviews
Incorporation of a company and dissolving a company
Client Feedback Calls
Director only payroll
Client Birthday cards
Scan post and forward to client and MAP team
Chase R&D Provider for any invoices
Managing AdvanceTrack Jobs for Accounting teams
Social Media Marketing
Feedback from clients and team
Numbers are low on dashboard in InfusionSoft or tasks are cleared.
Speed of completion of on-boarding job
Speed of completion of one off jobs
Successfully dealt with HMRC queries e.g. set up a payment plan

The salary for this role is up to £21,000 dependant upon experience.
